I have been breeding, showing and training dogs for over 35 years. I started out breeding Chinese Shar-Pei and showing many dogs to their Canadian championships. While I worked in the education field as a profession, I developed my handling skills and worked as an all breed handler specializing in Toys, Herding and Working breeds. My training soon led me to the world of performance dog sports. I started out in basic obedience and have titled many dogs in the US & Canada in the area of Obedience, Rally Obedience and Agility. I have enjoyed teaching many different levels of dog training such as conformation (show handling), basic obedience, rally obedience and beginner agility. The world of dogs has given me the opportunity to further develop my knowledge of canine training and behaviour by attending multiple seminars in Canada and the USA and am currently pursing my CKC judges Certification.
I joined the team in summer 2021. I’ve always have had love for animals and have had many growing up. I’ve always strived to make any animal I interact with feel safe and loved and will continue to do so at All Pawz Inn.
I joined the All Pawz Inn team in spring 2021. I have always worked in animal husbandry; as a stablehand, a farm hand and as a kennel attendant. I worked in a pet store, but found myself to be happiest when working directly with the pets themselves; providing them with care, affection, exercise and enrichment during their stay away from home and their families. I currently have two German Shorthaired Pointers, though Great Danes are my first and forever love. My Shorthairs and I participate in dock diving, field work, conformation shows and hiking.
I joined the All Pawz Inn team in spring 2021. I’ve always had a passion for animals, specifically dogs. I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have a yellow lab that participates in the daycare program, and he absolutely loves it! I strive to enrich every dog with a sense of security and trust, and most of all, lots of love.
