Our fees are based on an Inn style. Essentially we hold a run for you whether you drop off at 8am or 8pm - so the drop off day is a full day charge. Every night after is a full day charge. Our check out time is 11am. If you pick up before 11am there is no charge for that day, after 11am and before 5pm is considered a late check out fee of a half day charge. After 5pm we roll over to a full day charge. Dogs are $25 and 50% off for additional pets plus HST. Cats are $15 and 50% off for additional pets plus HST. We close Christmas Eve at noon and re-open on the 26th at noon. We close New Years Eve at 6pm and re-open at noon on January 1st In order to serve our regular and long-term clients, there is a 3 day minimum stay between 21 Dec and 05 Jan.
Please note, the following vaccinations are required to use any services:
Dog Vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP. Bordetella (recommended)
Cat Vaccinations: FVRCP & Rabies
We have plenty of treats , toys and bedding; if your pet has allergies or food sensitivities then we do ask that you provide treats from home. We provide stainless bowls and buckets for food and water. All dogs have their own 4x6 suite attached to a 4x12 outdoor run and can come and go as they please. We have 2 large fenced yards where we have individual and small group play.
We require that you bring your own food. Either a full bag for stays over 10 days or enough portions for the entire stay + a day. You are welcome to bring treats, toys, chews bones, (NO rawhide accepted) blankets or bedding. These are comfort items for your pets to have something from home or familiar to them. If you do not wish to bring these items we have plenty of treats , toys and bedding that we can provide. If your pet has allergies or food sensitivities then we do ask that you provide treats from home as we have some treats here but not necessarily grainfree or allergen free. Please do not bring bowls or buckets for food and water unless your pet has very specific needs (faster eater bowls or does not like stainless steel)
